Journey to self-discovery
A journey of a thousand miles they say, begins with one step. There I am, making preparations for a journey whose outcome is unknown. Change of site is said to be good, I agree but how do people counteract the fear of the unknown. It's as if the future is grey shaded and my light seems not bright enough to torch way ahead. My lens seem limited, this is where I have to bank my trust in the supernatural for guidance.
It's as if my future is laid before me with pieces of puzzles awaiting to be co-joined. Is this normal? Can anyone relate? Is fear invertible? Well, I see myself sitting by the window, staring at the motionless nature as the engine is being steamed up, heading to what I would describe as a fresh start. The irony lies in the fact that I feel scared yet all the same excited. "
Have you pursued something in life that feels scary? How did you tackle your fears? Was the decision and outcome worth the effort? Are you proud of what transpired? Well, change is good, we ought to move with times but not grab everything that comes our way, be selective; know what works for you.
In the midst of noises and voices echoing, sometimes all you need doing is embarking on a solo journey to rediscovery. Find, know and become sure to remain true to self. Embark on a self-discovery journey. Be adventures, tackle your fears, have fun and capture the moments. Sometimes all you need is change of site.
Thank you
