Once upon a time...1
Life is so unpredictable. You make it, you fall, you fail... but continue living through it all. Either pained or in favour of what surrounds you; you just have to live. I grew up being an ordinary girl with a simple lifestyle, who knew nothing about the future.
Given a chance to select the piece from the life puzzle I enjoyed most, that would definitely be childhood. The innocence, the games, the magical moments, kindergarten... best memories that will be forever treasured. Well, middle school was ok, too much workload I must admit. No one had informed me about assignments and the countless pages of notes. Learnt how to study and that became my lifestyle. Fast forward, high school; my current state.
Argh, it's the mixed emotion state, I'd say. Today you happy, tomorrow it's sadness, day after, who knows... Always juggling a lot and developing into adulthood which your brain might be slow to adapt to. Puberty and adolescence, argh... tell me about it. Still, the sun rises, and we're expected to live and shine with it.
Had it been I had known, I would have frozen everything and remained in my childhood days. No responsibility, no menstrual pains, no Homeworks, no schedules... just living as the day comes. Just today the principal announced some events for the term. By the way lemme take you through my likes and hobbies before informing you about what was said. Like I said, simple "nature lover," pet owner (Cutie my adorable puppy), cooking mmmm... I'm just a learner, perfect angel when it comes to singing, I do a lil bit of dancing and yeah, chess is my best board game. I'm yet to learn the gentlemen's game, golf.
Alright, about today; there shall be an international conference for speakers, board games, sports and musical competitions, the principal announced. I am as confused as a cockroach, chess is my thing but I wanna try a new in sport, either horse riding or swimming. To think of it, competitions start in two months' time.
I will just give the two a try, sleep on it and choose. This has to be done immediately. Got much to work on, this and of cause my studies; cause, those old folks are expecting A's only.
