The art of farming (Beauty in planting)

Basically, art is where we showcase our creativity and talent be it drawing, painting, music, acting, decorations, designing, cooking or plaiting, writing... the list goes on. As you can see, pretty much everything is associated to art. How about art in farming?

I believe everyone is entitled to fresh food eating and healthy eating habits. I also believe to an extend we should all be exposed to gardening, practising organic farming. Nowadays, we're exposed to a variety techniques of farming; traditional way(making use of land), water system(using manure water in buckets, bottles, ponds...) and many more. So, there's no excuse for not practising gardening. Exercise grafting of any trees you like e.g peach and apple, assuming sowing aint your thing... Make use of machinery, if you can afford to. The beauty in sowing is when the young life is produced and as a result, germinates.

I love Indians' perspective of life, "we do not inherit our land from our ancestors but we borrow it from  our future  children" and their belief of discarding or throwing away seed of anything they may have eaten back to the soil to cater for life formation. Isn't this beautiful? What is sown surely germinates, therefore; let's expose this young generation to the habit of planting. The talk of today, climate change, sustainability, global warming... promote plantation, why not infuse this in a young mind since you cannot teach an old dog new tricks.

As an aspiring Green leader, I advocate organic farming. Few months back I was exposed to hospital statistics of children being sick and most resulted in ban of other foods. Disclaimer: No exchange of patient information was disclosed nor was I given any database but I did my research through connecting with patients. Looking at the what not to eat and what to eat,b est food you want to expose your child to is fresh organic food, something you can do with minimum or no cost.

Let's take full responsibility for our health, atmosphere and planet, like the Indians throw away seed where it can grow. Let's also support those practising planting. Happy farming....
